How long will it take to receive my order?
Production times vary depending on the product and quantity. Most standard orders are completed within 5–7 working days after artwork approval. Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer. We’ll always confirm an estimated delivery date with you before production starts.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible. If you need to adjust something, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before printing starts.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We recommend PDF files for best results. Please ensure all text is converted to outlines, all images are vectorized for best print quality, and that bleed areas are included where necessary.
Do you offer delivery outside South Africa?
At the moment, we only operate nationally within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this stage.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We take pride in our quality, but if something isn’t right, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution.
