Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after production is complete.
Delivery times depend on your location and courier network — typically 1–3 working days for most areas within South Africa.
Please note that production or delivery delays may occasionally occur due to supplier shortages, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Costs
We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted based on order size and destination.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Returns & Refunds
Because most of our products are custom-made or branded to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
- To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number/invoice number
- Photos showing the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund — whichever is most appropriate.
Important Notes
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom or personalized products unless faulty.
Refunds are processed only once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition where applicable.
